A: Yes. For custom trial orders or prototype testing, our MOQ is only 1 set. We want to help you minimize inventory risks and test the market before mass production.
Q2: I don’t have a drawing, only a broken sample. Can you manufacture it?
A: Absolutely. Our engineers can do reverse engineering. Send us the sample or clear photos with dimensions, and we will build the 3D model for you.
Q3: Do you charge for samples or mold fees?
A: The design and 3D modeling are 100% free. For complex custom parts, we may charge a basic sample fee to cover material and machining costs, but it will be 100% refunded once you place a bulk order.
Q4: How does your “Free 3D Design” service work?
A: Simply send us your requirements, sketches, or OEM numbers. Within 48 hours, our engineering team will provide a precise 3D STEP file and PDF drawing. You can check the fitment perfectly in your CAD software before paying anything.
Q5: What 3D file formats do you provide?
A: We provide standard STEP (.stp) and IGES (.igs) formats, which are compatible with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and most engineering software.
Q6: Is my custom design kept confidential?
A: Yes. We can sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) before you send drawings. We never share your proprietary designs or 3D models with third parties.
Q7: How fast is the lead time for a 1-set custom order?
A: For custom prototypes (1-10 sets), we guarantee a fast lead time of 7 to 15 days. We have a dedicated fast-track production line for trial orders.
Q8: How do you guarantee the exact fitment and material?
A: If there is a manufacturing defect or a dimension error caused by us, we will replace the parts for free or issue a full refund. Your business safety is our top priority.
Q9: What if the goods don’t fit when I receive them?

Q10: Can you ship to my door with all taxes paid (DDP)?
A: Yes. We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) services to most countries. You just pay us once, and we handle the shipping, customs clearance, and import taxes.

A: For small trial orders, we use international express (DHL/FedEx/UPS). It takes 3-5 days door-to-door. We have discounted freight rates, ensuring the shipping cost is as low as possible.
Q12: What payment methods do you accept?
A: For trial orders (under $3,000), we accept PayPal, Credit Card, and T/T (Wire Transfer). For bulk orders, we accept 30% T/T deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
Q13: Can we trade through Alibaba Trade Assurance?
A: Absolutely. If it gives you more peace of mind, we can process the order via Alibaba Trade Assurance. Your payment will be protected by a third party.
Q14: Do you support OEM/ODM branding?
A: Yes. We can laser-engrave your logo on the metal parts, and customize the packaging with your brand name and barcodes.
Q15: How are the parts packed for sea/air freight?
A: Heavy-duty parts are packed in thickened export cartons or wooden cases with anti-rust oil and VCI bags to prevent moisture during long transit
